Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 7-14 business days from a third party source using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS. To return your product, please see return policy page or contact newmanjamesco@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items that are damaged, lost or stolen are not our responsibility. If shipping damage is an issue, it must be taken up with the company that delivered your product. You have 30 days from date of purchase to make it known to NJ Wellness of a defective product and complete your return.
